LANGLOIS
This rose coloured
wine with orangey highlights is brilliant and perfectly limpid. The
aroma is intense of bitter orange, spices and rose petal. The attack
is soft, becoming round and fruity and ending with an impressive and
harmonious freshness. It is well-balanced and light in the mouth. The
final is long and persistant, with notes of bergamot and coffee.
This liqueur wine is
unique and very representative of Virgile’s style.
Food
: Goes well with orange-based dishes, ganaches, gingerbread and
teabread. It is perfect with a chocolate Marquise, or Early Grey
flavoured custard.
