lovely purple coloured wine revealing a fine and delicate palette.
A
lively, fruity nose, ranging from violets to cocoa, mixed with notes
of wild blackberry.
In the mouth, one can taste blackberries and
crisper red fruits. Fresh-tasting with firm but smooth tannins. A
pleasant wine which can be drunk slightly chilled as an aperitif with
tapas or Spanish cold meats.
Accompaniments
: Goes well with Mediterranean style cooking, grilled tuna, grilled
sardines, barbequed meat and lamb chops with thyme.
